For some reason, I’m seeing double modal headers. It doesn’t seem to be any particular modals though, so not sure where it’s come from.
As an example -
Has anyone else come across this, or have any idea on where I can start looking to try and determine the source?

Usually, this kind of issue is caused by a theme component or plugin. You can try safe mode and see if it persists

Turned out to be a plugin that had been depreciated (I wasn’t aware). Disabling that has fixed it.
