In the past week or so, two moderators of my forum have gotten emails with the subject line

[our forum name] Your account has been deleted

It appears to be coming from the same email address all legit forum email updates come from. And my mods’ accounts are still around, they haven’t changed. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thank you for reporting this bug. The mistake was in the Akismet plugin and was fixed in this PR:
