I am able to replicate this here on meta, on a variety of themes so not theme specific. Select posts to move via admin wrench, select move to another topic, select existing topic, type in keywords - get suggested topics to move to but without any title. Still works if you choose by topic ID but a bit handicapping.

@tgxworld stripped out some attributes in search (PERF: Reduce size of search payload by removing unused topic attributes. · discourse/discourse@84de643 · GitHub) so I had to switch title to fancy_title
