Moving a post between topics does not load the post on existing clients

With one browser window open on Topic A and one open on Topic B, if I move a post from Topic B to Topic A, Topic A does not show any changes.

It should show the new post without intervention, or at least refresh the topic in the complex case (posts moved with chronological order kept).

i believe New posts/replies do not appear in real-time; manual refresh required might be the same bug?

Maybe but possibly not - post moves take a different pathway.
