Is there Multi Language support while replying to question/post?
Like if Someone wants to reply a post in other language (France, China, etc) can it will be done?

As an example. I think that as long as the poster can type the correct characters, everything should be fine.

Unicode is fully supported, however, the unique usernames have ascii limits by design. Full user names can be Unicode too.
