Is there a way to put one post in two different categories/ subcategories?
EX: Someone creates a post about troubleshooting a certain product, and I would like it to be in the ‘Troubleshooting’ category and the specific category for that product.

Use tags for this purpose.

You could also put it in a subcategory off the troubleshooting category. Then set up the troubleshooting category to display topics from the subcategory.
