Interesting. How did you manage to delete those topics? You shouldn’t be allowed to delete them in the UI. That is why your not able to edit then. @Moin has posted a link to assist restoring the topic. Each of the about page sections is a topic in staff. With maybe an exception of the new “About” heading.
