I think that particular theme component is a special Meta one, though the Versatile Banner is really good if you’re looking for something more swish than the standard Pin Topic/Maker Banner Topic option in the topic wrench.

How to Set a Closable Banner at the Top of site？

There different ways of going about this. Make a Banner topic Go to topic admin and select Pin Topic and select ‘make banner Topic’ [image] Use the versatile banner theme component. I believe this is what the Meta banner is is based upon.
