ウェブサイトのバックアップを /admin/backups からダウンロードしようとしていますが、ダウンロードメールが届きません。production.log を確認したところ、以下の出力が見つかりました。

サイトは古い別のサイトから移行されたもので、多くのユーザーメールが 909471255bcde5900c628c6@email.invalid のような形式になっています。

この問題の原因と解決策について、何か手がかりをいただけないでしょうか？

SMTPサーバーに問題があります。修正する必要があります。

これらのユーザーは無効な（おそらく空の）メールアドレスを持っていたため、インポートスクリプトがダミーのアドレスを作成しました。これを修正するためにできることはあまりありません。

SMTPサーバーに関連していることが判明しました。./discourse-doctorで確認し、SMTPエラーを解決しました。これでメールを送信できるようになり、キューに入っていたメールも送信されました。
