Created new site but no access

Hi, I just tried to create a new community on id.discourse.or. The deployment website hung at the end. I did receive an email saying the site is now ready, but when I access the group URL, I get an AUTH popup asking for a username and password. Also, the community doesn’t show up on my ID page.
What am I doing wrong?

I have kinda the same problem, we have a free plan discourse community since may or june, it worked perfectly until now. We now have the same Auth popup since today, no login info works for us.

I would like any info on how to solve this,
