We recently made a layout change to move the reply count position to the right when used in combination with the reactions plugin.
This change helps make the reactions list alignment consistent throughout posts within a topic:
When enabled:
To enable this, site admins should visit upcoming changes and opt in to Enable new post reply count position.
Note that this upcoming change will only appear for sites that have Discourse Reactions enabled.
