New user can't find the Create Topic button?

Hi, I’m a new discourse user, and I don’t know how to create topics, the bot didn’t help, it only helped with replies and pressing “c” didn’t helped either

Thanks, it has been helpful, however it seems like the “+ new topic” button from the discourse web page I’m using it’s missing

You’ll need to check with the staff on that site. It’s possible they raised the minimum trust level required to create topics. If that is the case, you won’t see the New Topic button until you’ve reached the necessary trust level. They also could have hidden it or moved it with a theme.
