新規加入したばかりですが、特定のモデレーターにプライベートメッセージを送信したいと考えています。新規ユーザーでも可能でしょうか？

Trust level 0 can’t send PM’s, no.

That said, it doesn’t take much to move up to trust level 1:

Get to trust level 1 by…

  • Entering at least 5 topics
  • Reading at least 30 posts
  • Spend a total of 10 minutes reading posts
