How long will the newly registered users appear on the user’s list page
That page is heavily cached, the user must exist for at least 24 hours before they will show up.

Hmmm, that’s regrettable. In particular in a closed community, that is what one of the first things a new member will do: check of the other new members are on the forum. Is there a way to force a cache refresh?

Note we “try” to live update the cache a bit, so in this case I think we could probably stage a row there for new users.
