Is newuser max links supposed to limit how many #tag mentions a new user can make?
I assumed this setting would be more about limiting a potential spammer and internal links wouldn’t have the same weight.
I have an uncommon scenario of using tag mentions as a community tool, so just wanted to confirm if this is the expected behavior.
