Does anyone know what the reason is? Will I change any configuration? Where do I see in settings this? I’m very young in Discourse, I researched here in the forum but I did not find anything about it!

By “Profile cover” do you mean profile background? Settings regarding profiles are
your-site-name/admin/site_settings/category/all_results?filter=profile
