I don’t see the setting page to create groups. Am I missing something obvious?
As an admin you can create new groups visiting the Groups page from your hamburger menu on top right. In that page you will find a + New group button.
Olá, existe também uma opção para que usuários (ou seja, não administradores) criem grupos? Ou isso pode ser atribuído a diferentes TLs?
Não, grupos só podem ser criados por administradores.
