No visual or message showing when there is no /unseen content

When viewing the /new page and there is no new content available, we see a nice visual image and a message:

This is sadly missing from the /unseen page.

When there is no unseen content the page is entirely blank:

Could we add a similar “Nothing unseen at the moment… check back soon!” message to the /unseen page to stop it looking so empty, please?

“My votes” looks similar.

But that’s from a plugin. Maybe there should be a default for empty lists
