Don’t get me wrong, I love AI, but I have a rule to never let it write for me. That goes as far as not using the “Caption with AI” feature. Since there’s obviously a way of adding captions to images uploaded to Discourse, can there be a UI element that allows images to be captioned manually?

If there’s a way of doing it now, just let me know.

You can use the pen at the bottom of the image in the preview, or you can edit the text in the composer.
