Hey guys, just wanted to ask, if it would be somehow possible, to whitelist an host to read not public rss feeds ? I´m not very comfortable to switch “Require authentication to read content on this site, disallow anonymous access” “false”, but I want to show the latest topics on Atlassian Confluence with the RSS reader macro. This macro has no means to log in first, so I´m stuck at the moment with the setting " Require authentication to read content on this site, disallow anonymous access." set to “false” Is there something I missed ? Thanks and Greetings, WS

(Captioned by AI)] But I’m a bit unsure what you mean – can you clarify if this is what you want? ^^

[imagem] How to get a feed from a password protected Discourse? Development I assume you mean RSS feeds. You can generate an API key for a user account on your site in the admin section. Then you can just append it to any URL like so: http://meta.discourse.org/latest.rss?api_key=KEYHERE I should note there are security issues with making that api key visible to users. If someone has it, they can do anything that the underlying user account can do. It would be much better to fetch the RSS server side using the key then only exposing the resulting feed. Also, be espec…

Hi there, jap, that would probably work, if the oauth2 basic plugin would not directly route the unauthenticated request to the Idp-Portal :frowning: Therefore the https://mycommunity.example.net/latest.rss?api-key=xyz leads me directly to login mask and the rss client spits out an error :frowning:
