Notification level button always says "tracking"

The notification level button always has a “tracking” tooltip/title, regardless of the actual notification level.
It seems this button is called “notifications-tracking” internally, but I would expect the tooltip to reflect the actual notification level.

Tracking button hover is misleading

At present, the notifications-tracking-trigger-btn gives “Tracking” on hover: As you see in that example, the category is actually set to Normal. The problem with the use of the word “Tracking” is that it is one of the options; therefore, it strongly implies that option is the active one. It would be better to either: Remove the text on hover or Change the text to make it a bit clearer (such as “Tracking level”) or Make the text on hover correlate with the chosen selection (if …
