I have seen a banner/component coming up at the end of some posts on meta.discourse.org where there is a gentle nudge for readers to sign up. How do i get that? I was unable to get a screenshot of the same.
That is enabled by default on every Discourse instance. You can disabled it with the setting enable signup cta.
