I suggest it might be easier to re-use one of our banners? Like the one for read only mode? This is conceptually fairly similar to that.

用文字横幅说明网站已离线，比一个可能被忽略的图标更好。说实话，这种离线模式在某些有限情况下可能有用，但目前我更希望它完全不加载。
