I was updating our forum from within Discourse. Another admin decided to restart Discourse halfway through the updates. Now we cant get into the forum except by ssh. How do I fix this. I have tried rebuilding but its not working.

safe mode is working. You (merely) have an issue with a theme component.
Just remove or update that and you’ll be fine.
