Opção de adicionar certos títulos antes do nome?

Tenho uma ideia divertida para alguns emblemas. Se as pessoas contribuírem muito para o meu site, quero poder adicionar títulos diretamente à exibição do nome delas, por exemplo, um título de “Professor” que apareça assim:

O nome/título normal do emblema é “Luna Research Team” e o “Professor” é adicionado ao início do meu nome como recompensa, apenas para este emblema.

Alguém já fez algo assim? É possível?
