When spinning up a new self-hosted site, I see see the three green dots page loading indicator frozen in place in an odd location, just above the “Welcome to Discourse!” heading. See screenshots.

The green dots? Aren’t those the ones denoting which step you’re on to set your site up

hmm… maybe you are right there! 
but the location of them looks super awkward and it wasn’t obvious to me that they were progress indicators.
