If, for example, my reports say that I have:

1000 anonymous pageviews and
700 pageviews from crawlers

does that mean I have 300 pageviews from users that were not logged in?

Or do I really have have 1000?

Does anonymous pageviews include crawlers?

Anonymous page views does not include crawlers. Your stats mean that there were 1000 page views from non-logged in users, and 700 page views from crawlers.
