What would you like done?
Would like a plugin or a theme component that keeps the notification bubbles on the avatar intact till I clear the actual notifications rather than just clicking on the avatar. We use discourse for an internal purpose and I would like the Avatar bubbles to keep reminding me that I have stuff to check or respond to.
Currently the blue bubble clears off as soon as I click my Avatar. The green bubble for PMs stays there. I would like the blue bubble to be like green bubble.

$50 (negotiable) unless there is a built in way to enable this functionality. Ok to make it open source.
