[PAID] Topic custom fields plugin

What would you like done?
Need a plugin that does the following:

  • Add custom fields to a new topic (just the first message; replies won’t have these fields)
  • Those custom fields will be filled when creating/editing a new topic (draft)
  • Custom fields will be applied on a per-category basis
  • There should be a way to access those fields with the API

When do you need it done?
4-8 weeks. I’m not sure about the amount of work it entails.

What is your budget, in $ USD that you can offer for this task?
I’m happy to spend a few thousand $ USD. I’m not sure about the amount of work it entails, though.
