PS: no standard transport controls on the video? I can’t drag the playhead. I’m on iOS.

I can’t skip or fast forward the example video you linked the way I can with any other videos I watch on iOS.

You should ask the Peertube developer to add onebox so support to Discourse. They have the incentive, Discourse does not.

Aber egal, ich werde sie nach Onebox-Unterstützung für Discourse fragen. Man weiß ja nie…

Ich lag falsch. PeerTube unterstützt Onebox. Es kommt jedoch darauf an, dass nicht alle Instanzen dies unterstützen, sondern nur einige. Du kannst es zunächst mit einem Link ausprobieren, bevor du ein Konto hast, indem du ihn in den Discourse-Editor für Kommentare einfügst. Wenn der Link funktioniert und die OneBox in deinem Discourse-Forum angezeigt wird, registriere ein Konto bei dieser Instanz! Falls nicht, suche weiter, bis du eine findest, die es unterstützt!

Beim Einfügen von https://peertube.instance.example/videos/watch/e017e412-c4e8-42c6-94f4-967f304b1378 könnte man versucht sein, https://peertube.instance.example/videos/watch/ als Einstellung für allowed_iframes zu verwenden. Das ist falsch!
