如果迁移帖子没有正确运行，可能会导致一些奇怪的行为（因为 Ruby 代码会尝试查找已不存在的 DMChannel 记录），但我不知道这与丢失整个历史记录有什么关系

历史记录最终回来了吗？
两者同时发生在不同的实例上。一个在这里的元（对话消失，收到错误），第二个是同时升级的自托管实例。
我最终恢复了备份，让人们重新开始工作，因此我无法继续测试。

Mine disappeared here on Meta for a small while during the swopover, but everything came back again shortly afterwards. I thought a similar thing may have happened on your other instance too (I’m ever the optimist
