根本原因是恢复的备份与容器代码之间的版本不匹配。
最新的 Discourse 代码中包含一个引用 translation_overrides 的模型，但生产数据库（来自备份）处于较旧的版本，该表可能尚不存在或名称不同。
对我有效的方法是先重新构建（这会从头创建架构），然后恢复备份。恢复过程使用 Discourse 内置的恢复功能，它会正确删除并重新创建数据库。
