Looks great. I concur that the site font needs love but otherwise the asthetic is very nice.

Fork the plugin on Github. In the discourse-meta-banner-main\discourse-meta-banner-main\javascripts\discourse\templates\components\meta-banner.hbs file, write your own URL in the relevant fields. Also add the icons you want to use from Font Awesome and upload them as theme component. That’s all.
If you want it to be visible to everyone you can modify the discourse-meta-banner-main\discourse-meta-banner-main\javascripts\discourse\components\meta.banner.js file.
