I should have shared that earlier:
Last year, one night at 4 AM, I was sleeping and woke up suddenly because of a VERY loud sound. 
I crawled out of my bed like a slug, turned the lights on, and saw… That my boiler fell on the ground.
I was very lucky because there was no leak in the aftermath, and I wasn’t under this thing when he ripped itself out of the wall, which would have led to a crushed canapin
