다음 방법으로 문제를 해결했습니다.
postgres_data_new를 /var로 이동했습니다.
postgres_data_discourse를 postgres_data_discourse_old로 이름 변경했습니다.
postgres_data_new를 postgres_data_discourse로 이름 변경했습니다.
./launcher rebuild app을 실행했습니다.
