Posts being flagged due to watched word, however no watched word is flagged

Hi all!

We have had a few of our users posts flagged due to a watched word, however when you go to review there is no watched word highlighted:

We confirmed with the user that they were responding to comments via their email and so we think this could be the reason. Is there anyone that has had the same, or similar, issue and knows how best to resolve?

Could you tell us more about how you’ve configured your watched words? Have you enabled regular expressions for watched words? etc…

The more info we have about your current setup, the easier it is for us to help you :wink:

Thanks so much for your response! I am pretty sure we don’t use RegEx. :slight_smile:
