Discourse footer brand covers dropdown. Not sure if it’s because Horizon theme.

Could you try it in safe mode to see if it’s limited to the horizon theme?
And could you be more specific about which page this is on. I can’t quite work out what it is from the screenshot.
Ah, I think it might be the settings in the review queue.

It works fine in safe mode. So the bug is: the dropdown options are covered by powered by discourse in /review/settings when Horizon theme is enabled
