Private Group Auto-Add Via Invite

Is it possible to invite users to a discourse page, while simultaneously automatically adding them to a Private Group? It’s a little fiddly to invite someone for the explicit purpose of being in the private group, only to have to add them to the group from the Admin side after they join.
