Hi,

I am new to discourse and I thank already the friendly community for providing a quick and efficient help at the end of the installation !

Now being new and having done a few searches I wonder if such an option/plugin exists :

Adding a private note inside a thread with sensitive data only visible for mods and/or chosen users.
I don’t know if anyone is familiar with a french foss mature ticketing/asset management system called GLPI but here is how the option look like :

A helpdesk ticket system showing a request from a user and a response from a technician, along with options for creating tasks, adding solutions, documents, and requesting validation. (Captioned by AI)

I think you are looking for whispers.
You can configure who is allowed to see whisper posts with the whispers allowed groups site setting.

Thank you Moin. And this is just fantastic, you really do have every modern features already available out of the box on discourse don’t you :grinning:

I checked phpbb, mybb, glpi, and others, discourse is not the same rodeo :grinning:
