Profile picture setting

Hello, a user is experiencing issues with their profile picture. The setting has been left on since I made the forum:

However, it’s setting a default one:

Then, it only appears on the user card:

I am very confused as it works OK for everyone except two users jinxed is there any settings I should change

I would try to SSH into your server and run:

cd /var/discourse
./launcher enter app
rake avatars:clean

If it’s showing correctly on the user card, it sounds like it’s an issue with the thumbnail versions.
