On Andriod device, the User Profile and User Card background upload button needs an alignment.

Here’s a quick fix for the profile & user card background button spacing
Those avatar upload options can definitely use some adjustment on mobile. I’m going to spend a little more time on the layout there and will follow-up with a separate fix.

I refactored the avatar upload modal, so it should be much less fragile now even with really long text strings
