Do correct me if I’m wrong, but I think this issue is related to scheduled publishing of topics.

If a topic is posted, say, 1 min ago, but if you go to the user’s activity page, the timestamp shown there is not the same as that of the one in the topic.

Confirmed, this is the case here, on publish there is one more date we need to update.
