It seems that anchor links in a published topic appear underneath the header, so when you click an anchor link in a published topic, you don’t get to see the actual title.
E.g. the non-published topic shows the h3 This is a test published topic - General - Discuss
But the same # in the published topic This is a test published topic - Discuss doesn’t show the h3
it’s apparently under the header
I tried to add extra margin to .published-page-content-body but it causes other issues.
