It seems that anchor links in a published topic appear underneath the header, so when you click an anchor link in a published topic, you don’t get to see the actual title.
E.g. the non-published topic shows the h3 https://discuss.discourse.group/t/this-is-a-test-published-topic/9#p-10-h-1914-translation-by-h-rackham-2
But the same # in the published topic https://discuss.discourse.group/pub/this-is-a-test-published-topic#p-10-h-1914-translation-by-h-rackham-2 doesn’t show the h3
it’s apparently under the header
I tried to add extra margin to .published-page-content-body but it causes other issues.
