we regularly use the Events plugin in our community. When members save an event to their iOS or Google Calendar, only the title and time are currently added — but not the additional event details, such as the location, description, or links.
Question:
Is there any way (or could it be implemented) so that when exporting or saving an event to a calendar, the full event description and details (e.g. location, Zoom link, etc.) are automatically included in the calendar entry?
That would make it much easier for participants to have all relevant information at hand without needing to go back to the forum post.
Also für uns wäre zum Beispiel der Zoom Link sehr wichtig.
Was ebenfalls problematisch ist - wir haben viele regelmäßige Events. Nach dem Event bleiben aber die Zusagen einfach stehen und müssen manuell zurückgesetzt werden.
Man kann auch immer nur einzelne Termine in iOS oder Google Kalender übertragen, aber nicht dauerhaft abonnieren.
Bei regelmäßigen Terminen ist es irreführend, wenn ich im Kalender das Event im November anklicke und mich dafür anmelden möchte, lande ich im Oktober.
