Can a forum owner set the max upload size in the configs? If not, then I suggest that the owner can set max file sizes (max 100 MB) in the configs. I am not a discouse powered forum owner, I am a member of forum.dark-gaming.com and that is why I ask first.

Please read Change the maximum attachment size
