Category Reordering UX could be simpler

do we really need to see the column with numbers? this feels like an under-the-hood info, that should be hidden the [Fix Positions] button is redundant. pressing [Save Order] should fix position before saving. drag-&-drop for reordering would probably be more intuitive than arrows [21%20PM]
