"lezen" en "link kopiëren" in post_menu_hidden_items

Continuing the discussion from Post Share now Link Copy Only?:

While I had a look at the post_menu setting, I noticed that not all items in that list are a choice in the post_menu_hidden_items. Is there a reason why “read” and “copy link” are not allowed to be hidden? Since you can, for example, hide “share”, I had the impression someone just forgot to add them.

Is dit bevestigd als een bug of iets dat vergeten is? Ik zou graag “copyLink” willen kunnen verbergen. Het zou fijn zijn als je alles wat je wilde kon verbergen uit het “Post menu”.

Misschien het van die menu-instelling weghalen?

Eén waarschuwing. Je PWA-gebruikers vinden dat misschien niet leuk, omdat dit praktisch de enige manier is om de link van een bericht of onderwerp te krijgen.

Thanks. That’s what I ended up doing. Months later (today), I needed to copy a link to a specific post and couldn’t so I ended up finding this bug topic and I see that I’ve already posted here

Your PWA-users may dislike that, because thatnis practically only way to get the link of a post or topic.

In the interest of keeping the interface less overwhelming, I am going to keep it hidden since none of my Forum users ever ask about it.

I would note though the link to the overall topic is still available at the bottom even if you remove “copyLink” from the “Post Menu” setting.
