Neuerstellung schlägt mit falschem MaxMindDB API-Schlüssel fehl

Wir haben eine Regression, wahrscheinlich verursacht durch Ruby 3.2, bei der Personen, die einen falschen MaxMindDB API-Schlüssel hinzugefügt haben, Fehler beim Wiederaufbau haben.

Der Variablenname ist hier verdeckt oder ein Tippfehler
