I have a user who would like to receive email of all posts and replies.
Apparently they can’t be bothered to actually use the forum 
Is there such a feature?
Closest I have seen would be to set all categories to ‘watching’… would that do it?
Mailing list mode is what you want.

Can this be set for an individual user?
Or is that a global setting?
It’s a user preference.
